Does Springdale offer a shuttle service?
Springdale does not currently offer a shuttle service.
Where do I park?
Springdale offers shuttle carts to move to and from lodging units and the Village. All parking details will be communicated prior to arrival. There are no parking charges.
Do you rent golf clubs?
Our golf shop offers a selection of rental clubs to our guests.
What is your pet policy?
Most units do not allow pets. Please check with the Front Desk prior to arrival to inquire. Service animals are allowed on the property according to ADA guidelines. Emotional Support animals do not qualify.
What are the restaurant and bar hours?
The Rocky Face Tavern is open for lunch: Wed – Sat, 11am – 5pm. Dinner: Sun – Tues, 5 – 8pm & Wed – Sat, 5 – 9pm. Sunday Brunch: 10am – 2pm.
Are there onsite laundry facilities?
Springdale’s Villas, Townhome, and Forest Homes do offer laundry facilities, but detergents are not provided.
Does Springdale host gatherings and outings?
Springdale does host events, weddings, private parties, corporate retreats, and golf tournaments. For more information, email reservations@springdalegolf.com.
When is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
What amenities are in the units?
Springdale offers coffee, Roku TV and some units offer a small selection of cookware.
How far is the nearest restaurant?
We hope you will join us at the Rocky Face Tavern! The closest town to Springdale/Canton is Waynesville, with many shops and restaurants to explore.
Where is the Blue Ridge Parkway?
Springdale is 15 minutes from the entrance to the Parkway and Mt. Pisgah.
